PARMA, Mo. - Wilburn "Will" Parker, 82, of Parma, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2018 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. A private family service will be held at a later date with burial in the Parma Cemetery. Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Parma is in charge of arrangements.
