FISK, Mo. - Keith Foushee, age 87, of Poplar Bluff, died Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Clarks Mountain Nursing Home in Piedmont, MO. Mr. Foushee was born December 13, 1930 in Beedeville, AR son of the late Arthur and Jessie Foushee. He had served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War. He had worked at Foushee candy company and later owned and operated Bennick Wholesale. Mr. Foushee loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed playing checkers and played in many tournaments in New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff. On April 7, 1951 he married Vera Ferguson at Piggott, AR. She survives. He is also survived by two sons: Dan Foushee of Dexter and Jay (Nancy) Foushee of Poplar Bluff; one daughter: Kim Foushee of Houston, TX; five grandchildren: Nicholas (Amber) Beaher, Benjamin (Celeste) Beaher, Hannah (Dan) Hollis, Travis Foushee, and Vera Nicole Foushee; and nine great grandchildren: James, Keith, Carson, Kaiden, Brayden, Gavin, Mechelle, Travis and Rose. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
