FISK, Mo. - Danny Joe Elsworth, age 42, of Ellsinore, MO, died Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. Elsworth was born April 13, 1976 in Poplar Bluff. He worked for Oberkramer Trucking. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing and hunting. On October 16, 2002 he married Debra Veath. She survives. Also surviving are his father and mother: Joe and Precilla Elsworth of Wappapello; six children: Ashley Counts and Hannah Elsworth both of Poplar Bluff, Danielle Randall of Richlands, NC, Christopher Counts and Gabrielle Carter both of Ellsinore and Danny Joe Elsworth Jr. of Williamsville; two sisters: Mary Jo Sisson and Lisa Harris both of Wappapello, and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister: Joan Teague and one grandchild: Noah Joe Elsworth. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 11 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 12 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Sanders officiating. Burial will be in Shain Memorial Cemetery.
