Judy L. (Perry) Giambelluca departed from this life peacefully on Aug. 17, 2018 at St. Francis Medical Center surrounded by her family. Judy L. (Perry) Giambelluca departed from this life peacefully on Aug. 17, 2018 at St. Francis Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Judy was born on Feb. 1, 1936 in Avert, Mo. to Walter and Viola Perry. She graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1953, where she was a member of the cheerleading squad and volleyball team. In February 1985, Judy became a partner of Coldwell Banker in Poplar Bluff. While at Coldwell Banker, she received the Million Dollar Club, Lister of the Year, Top Producer and Circle of Excellence awards in 1986 and 1987. She continued her real estate career with RE/MAX Real Estate in 1988. With RE/MAX, Judy obtained the awards of RE/MAX Presidents Club, Million Dollar Club, RE/MAX Presidents Club Executive Award, and 100% Club. She retired in 2010 from Ruth Holloway Realty, earning the awards of Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club and Top Producer.

Judy was very active in her community. She was a member of Business and Professional Women, Greater Poplar Bluff Area Chamber of Commerce, Poplar Bluff Mules Booster Club, Three Rivers Board of Realtors, Bluff Supper Club, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and Co-Chairperson of Poplar Bluff Dallas Days.

On Feb. 2, 1954, she married her true love, Samuel Giambelluca at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Poplar Bluff. He preceded her in death on Sept. 7, 2015.

Survivors include her children: Teresa Salyer and husband, Clinton. of Poplar Bluff, Elaine Guthrie of Fort Collins, Colo., Mary Glasgow and husband, Wayne, of Chickasha, Okla., and Angee McDaniel and husband, Scott, of Columbia, Mo.

Seven Grandchildren: Glenn Petersen Jr. and wife, Alaena, Amy Weigand and husband, Aaron, Emily Thurman and husband, Bryan, Sam Bartmess and wife, Octavia, Perry Salyer and wife, Amelia, Derek McDaniel and Justin McDaniel.

Nine great-granchildren: Warren and Price Thurman, Sam Petersen, Robert and Cora Weigand, Imogene, Ulysses and Atticus Bartmess and Rowan Salyer.

Special niece, Vern Carter; Special nephews, Harold Lee Hisaw, Alan Perry and Danny Ray Carter.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Sam, five children; Denise Giambelluca, Emily Giambelluca, Amy Giambelluca, Samuel Giambelluca and Charles Giambelluca. brothers; Dallas Perry, Gene Perry and Delbert Perry; sisters, Bea Carter, Imogene Laughlin, and Ruthie Carter;

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon. Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Funeral will begin at noon Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018, also at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father William Hodgson officiating. Burial will follow at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial donations can be made to the Poplar Bluff Museum or the Poplar Bluff Sports Hall of Fame.
