Visitation will take place from 9:30 - 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Fowler & sons Funeral Home in Neelyville, Mo. A graveside service will follow ar 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Kinsey Cemetery in Harviell.
