The "I Ain't Doin It" lady stepped out from behind the Snapchat filter in Van Buren, Mo., to lend a hand to a local charity that provides support directly for cancer patients.

From school fundraisers to dating, Heather Land has found a way to take everyday frustrations and turn them funny by being relatable and honest.

Land, entertained a crowd of nearly 850 people Saturday evening at Van Buren High School, where all ticket proceeds went to Lending a Hand Cancer Fund.

Land is a mother of two from Tennessee. She released a gospel album in 2011 and has since ventured into video blogging.

Her ongoing series of "I Ain't Doin It" videos on social media have become a viral phenomenon with millions of views and followers.

Lending a Hand Cancer Fund, a non-profit organization, was established by a volunteer committee to raise funds that will remain locally, in Carter County to provide support directly for cancer patients through transportation, prescription co-payments and much more.
