A public meeting to discuss the Wappapello Lake water control plan, 2017 operations and dam safety is scheduled for at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, at the Wappapello Lake Bill Emerson Memorial Visitor Center. Presentations will be given on the water control plan, 2017 operations and dam safety by members of the St. Louis District, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers staff.
