Police patrol

is needed

Yes, I'm callin' because I take people up to the train station sometimes at a 11:30 p.m., 12 o'clock at night and pick up around 3 in the morning and I never see a police officer around them and it's really scary if you're a female and you are up there by yourself. I just think it wouldn't hurt 'em if they would drive by, even stop, and look in the waitin' area or something to make females feel safe.

1st Methodist

Yes, I would like to thank the First United Methodist Church on Main Street for the Christmas dinner they had last night. And, I would like to thank all the church and all those that made the dinner and music possible. The people were kind and thoughtful of everyone and I'd like to say may God bless you all and love and prayers for you.

I would like to comment on the article a few weeks ago, about pay increases for county workers.

I appears to me that the only people getting, or being considered for pay increases, are government employees.

The people have to pay their salaries, retirement and insurance benefits before we pay our own. I for one did not take them to raise. If they don't like their pay, then find another job.

By the way, if you decided to stay on, start by giving the people more production or you are fired.

This is a note to all freeloaders.

with Wal-Mart

Dear Speak Out, I'm really impressed with the new Wal-Mart store. The workers was such a help and there was no scooters in the store for customers to drive around in. Thank you.

Ever heard of

two parties?

I'm gonna speak about the one who called in the choice of the Democrats. Has that dummy ever heard of another party? Who in world in his right mind would ever vote for Clinton and old Sanders, who are both Communists! And our country is going down the drain the way it is. Haven't they got any sense at all. At least if they vote for a Republican who might get this country back in shape again and I'm going for such a dummy as that!
