Investigate food stamp fraud
The State of Missouri really needs to do something to these families that are selling half of their food stamps for half of the face value. I've run into 11 people that sell their food stamps. Some lady sells $200 worth of food stamps for $100 and the people receiving them, I mean, the people buying them need them except there's one guy with a badge who is supposed to be upholding the law and he is the biggest buyer of this whole entire region of food stamps. It's just down right disgusting! These families get so much they can sell $200 worth of their food stamps for $100 and that's outrageous! State of Missouri needs to correct that.
Wrangling
carts
I would give anything if Walmart would start doing their shopping carts the way Aldi's does where you have to use a quarter and you have to get that quarter back by putting your shopping cart up. It is crazy especially at that little neighborhood Walmart how many shopping carts you see clustered around the front parking area which is supposed to be reserved for handicapped people.
I know that probably some of the very people are the ones that are abusing the shopping carts in the store itself doing this. It's not much fun to have to when you can't walk to have to try to find a parking space that doesn't have a shopping cart the wind blew into that space. It's hard for some of us to get around as it is, but let me tell you those same people who "well, I don't have money," they seem to always have a quarter when they do go to shop at Aldi's. And I guarantee you Aldi's doesn't spend near amount of money that Walmart does on replacing carts and having to hire people to just go get the carts. It's not very convenient when it damages my car either. These same people --the cart wranglers--they could have a job inside, unloading, stocking shelves or whatever. I'm pretty sure that there's space available in the Walmart system for the cart wranglers who would be displaced by this action. Thank you.
