Poplar Bluff citizens, beware! The city has figured a way to pass costs on to you. The people who are living on fixed income--watch out! With this new Tree Board this lady if she decides a tree needs to come down and it's on your property you better be ready to pay and you're not gonna get somebody local. You're gonna get whoever is certified by the city or licensed by the city, so that ups the cost and she is gonna rule the roost! She says which trees come down and which ones don't, who has got to pay --look out! There's problems ahead. When somebody has that much power. What happened to Americans having free will and choices? It's almost a dictatorship anymore. Good luck, citizens of Poplar Bluff.

By golly, it's great to see Twin Rivers and Neelyville schools children doing so well! But, of course, they don't have the buildings or the taxes we have here in Poplar Bluff. Guess you can't have everything!
