legal in PB?

When did it become legal to gamble in Poplar Bluff. I think these places need to be illegal they are destroying marriages and family's someone needs to do something about this.

Why lock

Clinton Park?

I've subscribed for the paper and I pay up three months in advance and hope this is printed in Speak Out. I was just over at Clinton Park today and they got the gate locked over there. You can't drive through it no more and I'd like to know what the idea is by the city blocking so we can't drive through Clinton Park. The taxpayers are paying for that park and everything to be up-to-date and all. Why isn't the taxpayer allowed drive through it and everything? I don't think it's a bit right for the city to put a padlock on the gate over there so we can't drive through it. Our tax money is going to fix that park. Thank you for Speak Out.
