How can we

get our money?

Yes, I saw in Speak Out where someone had written in about The Spa leaving and leaving everybody holding credits for gift certificates and such and I've heard it totaled over $140,000. I, too, would be very interested in trying to see how we could recuperate some of this individually. If there's someone out there interested or could tell us how to go about this. I understand the people took bankruptcy and went to Florida. I don't know if anything could be done or not. It's ridiculous! If they took our money knowing they were gonna be doing this--going out of business.

I, too, lost money when The Spa suddenly closed without notice to its customers. It's really sad that a business would treat its customers that way.

Stop these

car races

Stop these car races! What nut thought it was okay for us to have these? Why should all the neighborhoods be subjected to this ear-splitting noise? It is now 1 a.m. T this awful racket has been going on for six long hours! My ears are constantly ringing from this noise. How inconsiderate of these people. We can't sleep why this is going on and what about people who have to work the next day? And I can only imagine what damage this loud noise has done to all the pets that to stay outside. Please no more of this racket!
