PUXICO, Mo. -- Zelma E. King, 81, a lifelong resident of Wappapello, Mo., died Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Puxico Nursing and Rehab in Puxico.

Mrs. King was born Aug. 12, 1931, in Chaonia, Mo. She was a member of the New Life Baptist Church, Wappapello. She was a retired taxidermist.

She was married to Glen King, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include one son, Don King of Jefferson City, Mo.; three sisters, Louise Carman of California, Delores McKeinzie of Maryland and Katheryn Darnel of Puxico; four grandchildren.

Visitation will be at noon Friday at Morgan Sifford Funeral Home in Puxico followed with a funeral at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Wappapello.
