Wappapello man wants debate in 8th District

To the Editor,

In an article last week, the chairman of the 8th District Republican Committee, Eddy Justice exposed his biased opinion concerning the upcoming Congressional election by not only mimicking the standard line of Joann Emerson but by saying he would vote for her WITHOUT A DEBATE! How stupid does he (and Emerson) think the voters are? Do they really think we are ignorant to the facts surrounding Emerson's socialist agenda? If she lived in Barney Franks' district instead of St. Louis (which is NOT in the district she supposedly "represents") she could follow in his steps WITHOUT MISSING A BEAT! Emerson is EXACTLY what Obama wants, but she is NOT what the 8th District wants and she is afraid to debate Bob Parker because she knows he will expose her liberal agenda.
