William Ray Hall, 67, of Corning, Arkansas, passed away June 18, 2021 at home. Mr. Hall was born March 1, 1954 in Piggott, Arkansas. He was a fun loving, hardworking man who took great pride in his family, his military career as well as his career as a cable technician and over the road truck driver.
