Three Rivers College graduate Dillon Harper of Doniphan has received the Paul & Joe Anne Ripley Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Harper is married to Makeena Harper of Doniphan and is the son of Gaylon and Katrina Harper of Winona. He is a 2017 recipient of the HiSET.
