A Butler County judge will announce the sentence next week for a former Naylor assistant principal who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a female student on campus in 2015. MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL Five Campbell residents were injured in a one-vehicle crash at 4:20 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28, on County Road 313, three miles south of Campbell. According to the report, Crystal D. Reid, 33, of Campbell was operating a 1997 Ford Explorer northbound when it hydroplaned and ran off the right side of the road. City firefighters responded at 10:52 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 28, to a report of a water heater on fire at the 708 Hendrix St. residence owned by Holly Lewis. According to the report, the fire was out upon the arrival of the fire department. Firefighters shut off the gas to the water heater and used the department’s thermal-imaging camera to check the walls for any fire extension. None was found...
