Chocked full of errors Response to "Stop city tax Harassment" Just to set the record straight, the city and the county can only collect past due taxes on personal property for five years. Real Estate taxes have no statue of limitations but can be sold for back taxes at the annual land sale after taxes have not been paid for two years. ...
