How long does it take to erect a $250,000, 100,000 gallon, 120 foot high elevated water tower? A week? A couple of days? How about eight hours?
That's exactly how long it took a crew of seven ironworkers from Indiana to set up an elevated tower at Pisos Point on Lake Wappapello on Tuesday, November 5, 2002.
