No matter your situation, the Lord will be there and he will make a way for you
It has often been stated that nothing is too big for God. Scripture tells us that nothing is impossible for God.
Those are both statements that we have come to know and hold dear, however, I think it needs to be said that God cares about everything in our lives and not just the big things.
We sometimes do not want to bother God with things because we think there are people who have more pressing and important needs than we have.
We act big and tough like we are able to handle anything. All we have to do is look like we have it all together, though inside you may be falling apart.
I want to let everyone in on a little secret, “suck it up” is not part of God’s vocabulary. God never speaks to someone and says; “why are you bothering me with this?”
1 Peter 5:7; Cast all your care upon Him; for He cares for you.
God cares about what you care about. We know nothing is too big for God but nothing is too small for God either. You are the apple of God’s eye.
If you are tired and carrying burdens, the Lord wants to take those things from you and give you rest.
Matthew 11:28; Come unto me all who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Jesus did not rise from the dead because he has it in for us.
Romans 8:31 God is for us and not against us. Nothing and no one can come close to measuring up to God. He is all-powerful, all-knowing and everywhere at the same time.
He has nothing to prove to anyone. He does not have to prove his existence. He is. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He reigns with power and majesty and yet at the same time, he wants to be with us and dwell with us forever.
The Lord cares about the things we care about and he is never dismissive.
I find it incredibly awesome that the one who was before time began, always has time for us. We can trust in this today and every day, that no matter the situation, if you call on the name Jesus, no matter if your situation is big or small, The Lord will be there and he will make a way for you.
